Hello,
I am trying to model the oxidation of Naphthalene, using the packed bed reactor model. I went step by step with the model library manual and I receive this error when computing:
"Failed to find a solution.
Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
There was an error message from the linear solver.
The relative residual (0.017) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged."
Originally I just modeled the reactor for that of the conversion of CO2 and the by-product hydrocarbon (verbatim the problem in the model library manual). And it did not work either. I have attached my work below, any help is more than appreciated!
