Piezoelectric and membrane Deformation

Hi all,

I am new in COMSOL and I am trying to simulate a pump that is actuated by a piezoelectric actuator. The membrane material is PDMS. The piezoelectric actuator deflects, but the membrane does not. I used Piezoelectric Devices and Solid Mechanics.
I want to know what is wrong with my model.
