log and failure

hi Everyone,

i'm simulating a diffusion through a mask and my simulation does not fail (although the convergence keeps going up and down in a strange fashion) BUT i have the NFail in the log rising, it started at 3 and now it is 4. the Tfail is zero

can someone please help explain what are these things and their impact on the sim?
