Feeding Parametric Sweep with Derived values

Hi,
I'm using COMSOL for inspecting specific environmental effects on population dynamics. I have a PDE in form of a diffusion equation. But some properties of neighbours have effect in my formula. For instance:
dC/dt = laplacian(C) + A
where A is a function of neighbors' property in a noticeable radius ( like average C in a 2 meters neighborhood)
What I know is that A can be attained after diffusion is completed in the study and use derived values. But any ideas on having different jobs at different steps?? For example, calculate A for each point, then diffuse with regard to A as source/sink,then again calculate (update) A and so on.
I know it may seem a little bit odd, but that's how my model is. Some information is diffused, then people do something (with game theory rules) and then updated information is diffused in social situations.
