MUMPS allocation factor increasing.

Hi,
I'm simulating a Peizoresistive Pressure sensor. But whenever I run my simulation the allocation factor keeps increasing and I do not get the output. I have checked my boundary conditions and tried changing it too. Nothing works. Please help.
