Boundary allocation changes in MATLAB loops

HI
I am running COMSOL simulations using the LiveLink for MATLAB , in which I am changing some geometrical dimensions in each running loop .
I have noticed that the allocation of the boundary numbers changes in each loop (although the geometry is correctly defined), thus changing the desired boundary physics
How do I resolve this issues.?
