I am a COMSOL user starting in the simulation for the chemical reaction engineering> transport of diluted species. I have struggles in this simulation which depending on find the change in concentration of the drug released with the time. The link below is the paper i have been used in this simulation

I don't know what the error happened in the attaching of the mph file here. Can anyone have a look for the file to advice me where are the error as the change in concentration still zero - scale after compute. However, i assigned the required domains and boundaries in each boundary condition. your soon reply will be appreciated.
