Plot a graph along a line

Dear Sir,
I am using joule heating module. I have a plot of temperature distribution along a microheater.
Now i want to plot the variation of temperature along y=x or x= 10, 20 etc so for that i need a table having all the coordinates. When i clicked the geometry i obtained the coordinates but they are not accurate.
I have attached a screen shot. Please help
