Assembly problem singularity before contact is established

Hi all,

I am trying to use contact in my model. After looking at the COMSOL manual and the discussion forum what I do is first to create an assembly in my geometry and I create the imprints. Then I create the contact pair in the definition section, I mesh the boundaries where there is contact and finally I add contact pair under solid mechanics.
I am getting an error regarding the assembly, before the contact is present : "repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity "

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?
