Run not reproducible

I have a model (attached). I open it, compute results, and export the nodal pressure data. I then re-open it (without saving), compute results, and export the nodal pressure data. The two sets of nodal data for pressure are different by a few decimal places. This means I cannot exactly reproduce a run!

Does anyone know why this is happening?
