I am trying to model a permanent magnet magnetic tweezers using comsol's rotating magnetic machinery module. I am using a 3d model and am having a number of problems.
The main problem i am having is getting the solution to converge. It is highly nonlinear, in using the nonlinear materials, and was looking for some help getting the solution to converge consistently.
Also I am having trouble calculating the forces and torques. I have added the Force calculation node but the values are always zero for every angle of rotation which is definitely not the case in reality.
I have attached the model and am welcome to all feed back.
