Hi dear lvar,
Thank you for your kindness
actually I did some of your suggestions on my simulation and I found some errors in my simulation. so I want to share them with you:
before I explain step by step all of my changes on my simulation, I should tell you some points about my simulation:
in my geometry I have 2 copper wires surrounded by the air and fixed by "fixed constraint" at the beginning and the end. because of the electromagnetic force, two wires are swinging, and their deformations becomes too great. so I should add ALE in my simulation.
when I put the ALE Physics up front before the Structural physics node, wires in ALE became "not applicable", so what should I do with this problem?
so I ran my simulation again with these changes that you suggested (without changes location of ALE).
0)I added mesh plot to my model but I could not understand it's working.
1)I can not understand your meaning clearly. but I should explain my moving mesh interface for you: I added "free deformation" that includes air and wires and "prescribe mesh displacement" for boundary of my wires. and I fixed two ends of my wires in "solid mechanic".
2)sorry, I can't understand this part of your suggestion.
4) I am sure that deformation did not change my topology.
5) I add "automatic re-meshing", and set "distortion" for "condition type", and "sqrt(comp.ale.I1isomax)" for "distortion expression" and "2" for "stop when distortion exceeds".
after I did all of this steps, I ran my simulation once again, and it stopped at time "0.005649s" for 8 hours, and at the end of it, I saw this error that is attached below. Please check it and inform me what should I do?
I forgot to tell you something else. I've already modeled this geometry without "moving mesh", and it works very well, but now, when i added "moving mesh" interface, I saw this error.
thank you so much and best regards,
Reza,
