error while solving

Thank you for resending the mesh model.

In continuation, I tried to solve the mesh model with JOule Heating analysis. However I obtain the error as seen in the attached file.
-->Is the error because there is no volume mesh in the outer(bigger) domain?
Because we happen to mesh only the surface/boundary of the outer domain while we perform sweep mesh for the internal domain which doesnt pose any issue.

Please let me know.
