Hi all,
I am using the Joule Heating module, so in my 3D structure there is both energy generation due to Joule Heating and loss due to convective and radiative heat flows.
Maybe it is also a good idea to mention that I am applying a single current pulse.
After this one single pulse, I want to calculate the net generated energy (i..e generated - lost) for my structure so that I can use this value as a constant heat source in a second Simulation (Sound strategy if one has many pulses, I suppose).
I know that I need to define a volume integral under "Derived values" but couldn't figure it out.
Could you please help me on this?
Thanks,
Bartu
