can you explain what both of them(2D & 3D) is different??

I'm trying to put the friction in BC. 2D is good working but 3D is not.
So I wonder what the problem is and what differnt....

I attach these files of 2D and 3D. So if you have time to check them,
help me.... I really want to know...
